Refunds and Cancellation

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read this policy, conditions, and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our user, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

  1. Refund Requests

When the users wish to cancel the services, the users may place a request by notifying us on support@tinkercoders.com and can directly reach out to the Student Experience Manager. We will undertake to process the refund in accordance with the preliminary investigation into the reasons for the refund. On the receipt of a refund request, we will undertake to duly understand the concerns of the users and also the parents and legal guardians and try our level best to mediate before we issue a refund for the payment. We issue 100% refund on the payment if the request is placed within the first 15 days of enrolment/Date of Payment. However, if the refund request is placed after 15 days. No refund will be provided after 15 days from registration/delivery.

  1. Processing of Refund

We process and guarantee 100% of the payment made if the refund request is placed within 15 days of making the purchase. All refund request placed after a period of 15 days from the date of making the purchase will not be entertained. All refunds shall be processed back to the source of the payment and upon a discrepancy on the same, we shall undertake to process the payment through PayPal or Bank Transfer which shall be convenient to the user.

 Terms & Conditions

The program is a paid service and the payments made by you shall be according to the plans opted by you through the platform. You explicitly agree to pay the fees for the courses/plans that you purchase, and you authorize the Company to charge you as per the applicable payment mode opted by you. All payments shall be through the payment mechanism put in place by the Company and You shall be responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner as per the mechanism associated with the Plan availed by You. Users have been given various options to choose and proceed with the payment for the Services via payment mechanisms including but not limited to Card Payment facilities, EMI Payment, Online Bank Transfer and Wallet Payment.

Tinker Coders offers you multiple payment methods. Payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You may use Internet Banking, Wallet and QR Support to make your purchase.

Valid Credit/Debit/Cash Card/Online bank transfers and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card Payment Gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms agreed to between the Users and the respective issuing bank and payment instrument issuing company. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, fraud, payment refunds, lost amount etc. in the transaction. The amount of refund payable shall only be limited to the amount paid by the User for Services which were not rendered to the User by Us. In case of refund of EMI transactions, User will be charged interest as per bank’s regulations. In case of refund, User may be charged a minimal amount in the form of transaction charges by the Payment Gateway used at the time of purchase. Payment gateway charges vary from one gateway to another.

We attempt to process and complete refund requests within 48 hours from the time of receiving the refund request, however, in case there is any delay in refund beyond the period of 72 hours, then you may notify us on support@tinkercoders.com. The refund process may include a feedback call to you and validation of key information that may be required by us to process the refund request.

We reserve the right to change any fees at any time at our sole discretion and any change, update, or modification in the fee shall become effective immediately upon the same being posted/uploaded or notified on our website.

We issue 100% refund on the payment if the request is placed within the first 14 days of enrollment. However, if the refund request is placed after 14 days, we issue refunds on the payment made on a pro-rata basis only on selected mode of payments.

2. Processing of Refund

We process and guarantee 100% of the payment made if the refund request is placed within 14 days of making the purchase. All refund request placed after a period of 14 days from the date of making the purchase shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the total number of classes completed from the date of payment until the date of the refund request as against the total number of classes purchased/attended. All refunds shall be processed back to the source of the payment and upon a discrepancy on the same, we shall undertake to process the payment through PayPal or Bank Transfer which shall be convenient to the user.
